In search of the artistic heritage of the Provençal painter.

Alongside the drawing lessons, Gladys will introduce you to the techniques used by the famous painter.

The journey to the Provençal master turns out to be an exciting exploration of know-how and cultural heritage.

You will have the opportunity to be trained and learn the methods that Cézanne used to lighten his palette in order to paint landscapes with softer colors through the use of blended tones.

In fact, he is implementing a new technique allowing him to modulate the transitions from shadow to light.

This allows him to use an oriented and unifying touch for these canvases.

Provision of all necessary equipment: folding chair, field easel, canvases and papers, acrylic paint, gouache, and watercolor, brushes, small supplies and other consumables as well as a travel notebook for notes and small sketches will be provided throughout the course.

Passionate about art history, Gladys will put her knowledge into practice by accompanying you on visits to cultural sites such as:

- Paul Cézanne's studio.

- the Sainte-Victoire mountain.
